TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Picture Me Perfect Photobooths and thanks for visiting. By accessing our site and booking our services, you are agreeing to these terms. So please read them carefully.

Equipment. The Service Provider will deliver, set up, and retrieve the digital photo booth, including all necessary equipment such as camera, lighting, props, and backdrops. The Service Provider will ensure that the equipment is in good working order and client understands how to work the equipment. The servicer will be responsible for any malfunctions during the event. The Client will be held financially responsible for any damages to the equipment once Client signs the Drop Off/Pickup Order form.

Payment. The Client agrees to pay the non-refundable deposit for requested services. The client agrees to pay the total amount due within 72 hours prior to setup for the booked event date. If the Client requests additional services not outlined in this contract, the Service Provider will provide a separate quote for those services.

Liability. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages to the equipment or the event venue, or for any injury to guests during the use of the photo booth. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and licenses for the event, as well as for ensuring that the event complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party within 72 hours of the event in the event of a material breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. In the event of unforeseen circumstance such as death, illness, natural disease, pandemic, the service provider may terminate service within 24 hours of the event. You will receive a refund of payments made except for the non-refundable deposit within 7 days of written notice.

Using our Site
You may use our site and services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate your access if you don’t comply with our policies or if we are investigating alleged misconduct.
